Description:
LOCATION: Andover, MA Will manage OMS development & implementation, production & infrastructure support and environment management aspects of the project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources and change management. Create and own the project plan that includes management of scope, budget, schedule, issues, risks, quality standards, and other plans as needed. Implement Agile methodologies into the project management and conduct scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective sessions. Partner with Product Management and Business teams to understand business objectives and work with Technology delivery teams to deliver based on those objectives. Participate in all technical design reviews and product verification to ensure that deliverables both support the product vision and meet the defined requirements. Facilitate requirement gathering/discovery meetings with business team, key stakeholders and project SMEs. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations to various audiences, including project team, business sponsors and key stakeholders. Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables. Assign, prioritize and review the tasks and duties of development and QA leads to ensure timely delivery. Set and continually manage project and program expectations while managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders. Professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices. Establish best practices, engineering processes, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization. Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring by sharing knowledge and expertise in technical project management with others. Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis. Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or a closely related degree plus five (5) years of experience in the Software Industry.
