Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Writer, IT Service Desk for a 2-month contract. Key Responsibilities: Create training material, such as knowledge base articles, videos, and tutorials Test the validity and accuracy of knowledge base articles through workflows in the Freshworks ITSM system Create end user communication plans and emails for project launch activities and change adoption plans Required Qualifications: 2+ years proven experience as a technical writer in the software industry Proven self-starter with technical aptitude to quickly learn software systems and write documentation Experience with ITSM ticketing systems like Freshservice and Service Now Experience in video creation tools Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
