Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SaaS (Software as a Service) Product Manager with a robust IT background and a passion for enterprise software. This role involves deep engagement with market trends, customer interactions, and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver products that meet strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Engage deeply with customers, employees, and market research to capture essential requirements and business value. Analyze feedback to generate innovative product ideas and define the impact of new features. Collaborate on creating functional specifications and setting acceptance criteria for product features. Manage a structured three-month product development cycle to ensure timely delivery. Oversee the software release process from conceptualization to implementation. Conduct competitive analysis with marketing and engage with product enthusiasts to foster innovation. Utilize surveys to validate product assumptions and refine strategies. Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. Evangelize the product vision across the organization and maintain regular updates for customers and colleagues. Required Competencies and Expertise: Proven experience in SaaS Product Management, preferably 2-3 years as a Product Manager. Strong familiarity with Agile processes, product research, and feature delivery. Technical expertise in IT networking & print infrastructure, print devices, SaaS software, and AWS cloud platform.” Experience in managing large-scale software projects and product operations. Excellent project management, customer service, and communication skills. Desired Adaptive Abilities: Critical thinker and proficient problem solver. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various teams. High technical acumen and self-motivation. Solution-oriented with outstanding communication skills.
