You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation: $105,000+ About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
