We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction• Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed• A real estate license is required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving, and legacies worth leaving.
