We are on the lookout for someone to be our next real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a talented agent who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Team lead generation and sales is a big part of this upside commission opportunity. Responsibilities: • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required• A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity• Sales experience• Must live in within the greater Detroit or surrounding areas Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
