Your role will involve conducting in-home consultations for windows and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. Benefit Conditions: • Possible waiting period• Eligibility limited to full-time employees• Paid Training: Not provided• Management: Supervised by a Team Lead• Work Remotely: No Responsibilities:• Present, promote, and sell our window and door products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships• Reach out to customer leads and follow up with prospective customers• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.• Continuously improve through feedback Qualifications:• Proven work experience as a sales representative. Minimum of 2 years of experience• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Compensation: $80,000 - $250,000 yearly About Company: The Window Source of Houston is one of the fastest growing home improvement contractors in Houston TX!
