What you bring to the table: You Confidently answered “Yes!” to the first half of each question above Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. Ability to install Fireplace Facing Products right the first time Demonstrate “GWC” (Get it, Want It, Comprehend It) Ability to read a tape measure and use basic carpentry tools. Ability to take direction and learn the installation processes. Familiarity with industry safety regulations (OSHA requirements) Effective communication skills A self-motivated work ethic without the need for direct supervision You are dependable and responsible Basic Carpentry Skills. Forklift experience Exemplify Positive Attitude, Safety, Professionalism What you will do: The Fireplace Facing installer works on job sites, driving a Dealers Wholesale Vehicle. Daily responsibilities include loading the material for that day’s work, installing it to Dealers Wholesale level of satisfaction. This person shall be responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe and professional manner, notifying their manager of any service or maintenance items needed for the vehicle. Required to fill out paperwork properly for each job asked to install. Comply with any and all safety requirements needed for each job site. Further tasks may include any job necessary to complete the workflow. There is daily communication required with other employees, supervisors, and managers. The individual is expected to exhibit the core values of the company - to Own It, Work as ONE Team, Find a Way, and Play to Win.
