Job Title: Marketing/Admissions Location: The Bridges at Ankeny Job Type: Full-time Overview: The Bridges at Ankeny is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Marketing/Admissions coordinator to spearhead marketing efforts across the Des Moines metro area. This individual will play a pivotal role in promoting skilled nursing and long-term care services offered by this location. The successful candidate will embody a passion for community outreach, possess energy and enthusiasm, and be willing to engage with local communities to foster lasting relationships. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Devise comprehensive marketing plans to promote skilled nursing and long-term care services. Create targeted campaigns to increase awareness and community engagement. Utilize a multi-channel approach, including digital and traditional marketing methods. Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members, local organizations, and healthcare professionals. Attend community events, fairs, and gatherings to represent The Bridges at Ankeny. Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources. Public Relations and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries. Develop and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets. Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, and social media platforms. Travel and Outreach: Travel to surrounding counties to meet with potential residents, families, and healthcare partners. Conduct presentations to educate the community about the services provided by Bridges at Ankeny. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Energetic, proactive, and passionate about community engagement. Willingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
