What you’ll be doing The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics will spearhead all analytics to support the commercial launch of Taletrectinib in the US. Collaborating closely with the Director of Insights & Analytics and key internal commercial teams (Marketing, Sales, Market Access), as well as external partners, this role will drive commercial analytical projects aligning with ongoing commercialization strategy and new product launches. Joining during a pivotal time, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to the launch activities of a promising drug in the ROS1 positive NSCLC field, seeking a strategic partner adept at delivering actionable insights and forward-thinking strategies in a dynamic environment driven by scientific advancement and patient focus.This role reports directly to the Director of Insights & Analytics. Strong preference for candidates in the New York area. You will be responsible for… Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc marketing analytics to uncover market insights, patient journeys, customer needs, HCP segmentation, payer mix, and growth opportunities, supporting investment decision and product optimization Spearhead forecasting initiatives by meticulously analyzing historical data, tracking market trends, and integrating business inputs and assumptions to generate precise financial projections and robust models Foster close collaboration with commercial insights teams to deliver cohesive insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, empowering strategic decision-making processes across commercial organization Provide analytical support across various cross-functional teams, contributing to activities such as supporting field ops team on field force sizing, territory planning, incentive compensation structuring; assisting marketing team with assessment of promotion channel ROI and effectiveness, and strategic planning Cultivate an environment of innovation by exploring unconventional analytical solutions that transcend traditional models, incorporating advanced techniques like data science, predictive algorithms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning Collaborate with Finance and the Director of Insights & Analytics to effectively manage departmental budgets, overseeing vendor relationships, agreements and contracts Partner with US Commercial Team to devise comprehensive strategies for new product launches and efficiently manage product life cycles Drive omnichannel and promotion mix analytics, evaluating the effectiveness of all promotion channels to enhance overall marketing strategies Utilize a variety of data sources and analytical tools proactively to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards for monitoring brand performance and evaluating competitor activity. Present data-driven solutions aimed at achieving business objectives and ensuring adherence to project timelines Strategic thinking and business acumen for product analytics Hands-on expertise in advanced analytics, statistical methods, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, particularly in omnichannel marketing contexts Strong storytelling skills: Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actional insights and effectively communicate them to cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of delivering insights and action plans concisely Excel in identifying stakeholder needs and crafting customer engagement use cases that drive business value Adaptable and proactive: Demonstrates a readiness to execute tasks efficiently, embrace new challenges, and undertake a wide variety of roles beyond predefined functions Innovative mindset: Openness to unconventional approaches and willingness to embrace new responsibilities Ability to travel up to 25% of the time What Knowledge & Experience you'll bring to us... Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required; Master’s or MBA Degree in quantitative subject (Stats, Engineering, Mathematics, science or economics) is preferred 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, with at least 3 years in data analytics/metrics within the biopharmaceutical industry Exhibit exceptional communication and influencing skills, adept at distilling complex analytical findings into compelling business narratives. Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership Proficient in utilizing analytical and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx, and PowerBI Hands-on experience with key pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony claims) Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various pharmaceutical data sets, encompassing field activities, digital engagement metrics, and financial reports Oncology and rare disease experience are highly preferred Proven expertise in employing advanced quantitative methods for commercial analytics, including segmentation and predictive modeling techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently Behavioral skills to be successful... The pay range for this position is $165,000 to $200,000 per year, which may factor in various geographic regions. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors. Our full-time regular positions also include an annual performance-based bonus and long-term incentive units (equity) provided as part of our compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
