A company is looking for a Technical Knowledge Manager Key Responsibilities: Define and deliver foundational framework for customer-facing technical documentation Build out tooling to support internal and external documentation framework Partner with various teams to ensure documentation deliverables are efficient and complete Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management 2+ years of experience in building documentation strategies Experience with documentation and internal knowledge base tooling Experience with prioritizing deliverables using a data-driven approach Experience in cybersecurity or identity management is a plus
