JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting Mc Cain Foods Global Manufacturing Operations (GMO) with analysis relating to Total Delivered Cost (TDC – cost of production and logistics), Sustainable Cost Advantage (SCA – cost saving initiatives), Budget and Capital spending management. The Finance Analyst will have strong business analysis, accounting, and organizational skills. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to compile financial data, perform financial analysis, and provide sufficient periodic information for planning and decision making that reduces Mc Cain Foods TDC. This position will have regular interaction with other personnel in the corporate and regional finance groups, as well as individuals in GMO leadership team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain Global TDC reporting and analysis on a monthly basis vs. forecast by region, make value-added insights, and prepare ad hoc analyses as requested. Creates/implements/performs various financial analyses including, but not limited to manufacturing cost curve, inflation trends, mix drivers, pricing and usage.
