LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative, for a full-time, Temporary to Hire position in Rossville, GA. This is a great opportunity with an organization who is seeking an experienced candidate to start immediately! The anticipated hourly pay rate range for this position is between $16-18. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and e-mails Answer questions regarding plans and benefits Clerical duties, enter documents. Experience/Requirements: 1+ years of call center experience in a medical billing, insurance or claims environment. Excellent customer service skills Must type 40 wpm. Working Conditions: 100% on-site M- F Flexible shifts Benefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
