About This Role We are on the lookout for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth marketing endeavors and significantly contribute to our current trajectory. Reporting directly to the Sr Director of Marketing, this pivotal role involves steering our marketing campaigns to new heights, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion, retention and driving customer acquisition. As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to do cool things and test innovative ideas. We value a growth mindset and offer a lot of independence in shaping your work and projects. Our focus is on developing forward-thinking strategies for the future, always with a startup mindset at heart. What you will do: Develop and execute acquisition marketing campaigns, utilizing an optimal mix of marketing channels with an initial focus on SEM , but also expanding into other channels (social media, display/retargeting, CTV,, paid sponsorships, etc.). You know how to utilize a variety of tactics to effectively target consumers and get them to convert. End-to-End Campaign Management: Own SEM channel budgets and manage all operations from campaign strategy to execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting Optimize SEM account performance through on-going effort of keyword optimization, ad copy testing, campaign structure improvement, and bid management. Create and improve landing page performance across the campaigns, making recommendations for content improvement to increase conversions rate. Track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations and recommendations for future campaigns. Analyze audience and placement data to find new opportunities and target or exclude high/low efficiency groupings. Employ a data-driven approach to optimize performance (LTV:CAC, CPA, etc.) across key dimensions. Help educate our creative team on media creative best practices by platform. Share back creative learnings and make recommendations for future campaigns. Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention. Develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation to optimize advertising performance and user experiences. What you will bring: List the following: At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing, with a proven track record in leading successful campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly paid search and social media, with a knack for identifying and leveraging emerging trends and technologies. Exceptional analytical skills, with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing automation platforms. Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel A/B Testing experience Conversion Rate Optimization Passion for marketing. You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out. You are entrepreneurial, flexible , and can roll up your sleeves to help pick up on work – no task it too small Salary Range $100,000 - $150,000 This position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 - $150,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
