You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads• Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment• Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required• Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance About Company: Welcome to our All-Suite, professionally appointed, Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek.
