Essential Funcions: Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Collaborates with department leadership to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Post jobs using a variety of recruiting channels. Assist managers in the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Screen qualified candidates and schedule interview. Partner with the Human Resources team to schedule and process pre-employment testing, screening, and onboarding functions. Competencies, Education, and Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
