Resolves disputes or differences for a basic to moderately complex book of business, for a designated group of producers. Develops and uses working knowledge of multiple billing and/or policy applications and processing procedures to effectively service customer inquiries. Communicates with Agents and Business Units regarding resolution of accounting discrepancies including basic to moderately complex policy reconciliations. Prepares and maintains accurate and complete documentation to support assigned accounts receivable balances. Performs monthly aging analysis reports, including Statutory Over Ninety (S.O.N.). Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience. Field of Study: Business, Accounting or a related discipline. Experience: Generally, Requires 0 to 2 years of related. Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience preferred.
