A company is looking for a Contract Nursing Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and finalize contracts with nursing agencies, independent contractors, and temporary staffing firms Coordinate onboarding process for contracted nursing staff Monitor contract performance metrics and provide regular reports to nursing leadership Required Qualifications: Clinical background such as Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician preferred Home infusion experience required Experience with CPR+ and Alayacare preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in nursing contract management or healthcare staffing High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
