A company is looking for a Manager, Curricula Design & Development. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision and support to a team of curriculum developers, eLearning developers, editors, and graphic designers Review and ensure all course materials meet quality and accessibility standards Manage instructional design projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field 5+ years of experience in curriculum development with 3+ years of leadership experience Experience developing training content for various delivery models Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint Strong project management skills
