Join our growing Grocery and Food Retail team and make immediate impact with our clients. As a Senior Director at CRG, you will partner with leadership and clients on programs ranging from strategy to large-scale transformation, including digital transformation, M&A, and turnaround. You will also lead project teams and tackle complex challenges alongside senior executives from day one. Grocery and Food Retail Experience Experienced Leaders with consulting and operating background Join our growing Grocery and Food Retail team and make immediate impact with our Clients! Your Role Partner with our clients on programs ranging from strategy to large-scale transformation, including digital transformation, M&A, and turnaround Lead exceptional teams of consultants and partner with A&M leaders with very diverse backgrounds Opportunities to take interim management roles in public and private-equity owned companies Your Background 10 - 15 Years in the Grocery and / or Food Retail Sector (incl. Foodservice, QSR, Travel/Hospitality) Mix of Consulting and Operating Experience preferred Exceptional problem solving and strong passion for client services Proven track record of value delivery and outstanding client relationships Entrepreneurial/start-up mindset Details Multiple office locations Qualifications: Preferred 15+ years of Consumer and / or Retail sectors with Consulting Experience Strong technical acumen and comfortable working with complex dataExperience leading and managing complex work streams and projectsBuild and drive the case for change on related work streams and projectsIndependently structure problem solving approaches and adapt quickly to changing directionSynthesize complex analysis and identifies implications with attention to detailCreative with the development of new tools, methodologies and approachesExperience with proposal development, strong commercial instincts and interestAdvanced written communication skills, self-directed with preparation of client ready document and presentation development.Open to +/- 60% travel M-F Building a legacy for our people is just as important to our team as building a legacy for our clients. The salary range is $200,000 -225,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
