Summary This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Deputy Commissioner Transformation & Modernization, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Enterprise Planning Performance, and Evaluation Division (EPPED), Program Evaluation Branch. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst(Branch Manager), you will serve as a principle advisor to the Director, EPPED on bureau-wide evidence building and program evaluation matters. Duties As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst(Branch Manager), you will: Lead the bureau's evaluation and evidence building activities in support of Treasury's implementation of the Foundations of Evidence Based Policymaking Act of 2018 (Evidence Act). Plan, justify, and present analyses and recommendations on the use and management of the branch's expertise, services, and resources. Provide direction and oversight to a staff of highly skilled, professional Management and Program Analysts and Evaluators(Social Scientists). Manage the development of the Fiscal Service Learning Agenda and Annual Evaluation Plan. Lead the design, monitoring and implementation of program evaluations and evidence-building activities, in support of the Treasury and Fiscal Service Learning Agendas, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Fiscal Service programs.
