Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, growing account revenue, and be customer facing Responsible for prospecting, selling, developing, and expanding the client base Ability to develop new business strategies and execution of business opportunities Ability to develop new and creative initiatives towards customer and client satisfaction Ability to research, prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations for Account Executives when required Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years in Sales/Business Development or Marketing with client interaction and extensive customer service experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years Account Management/Sales and Marketing and/or related experience preferred Minimum of 2 years Capital Region working knowledge and business climate preferred Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly change priorities Strong work ethic, self-directed, self-motivated, team player, out of the box thinker, and problem solver Proficient in MS Office, ATS/CRM programs and familiar with various social media platforms Inside or outside sales experience is preferred, not required Additional Details: Base salary plus commission: Compensation range: $45k-$100k plus!!
