Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS/IS), or related field At least 10 years of experience in Data Engineering, working with complex and diverse data pipelines. At least 5 years of experience directly managing and leading Data Engineering teams, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects, developing employees, and coaching up/down/across. Strong knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, techniques, and best practices, such as data modeling, data quality, data governance, data security, data integration, data transformation, data warehousing, data lake, data streaming, data analytics, and data visualization. Proficient in using data engineering tools and technologies, such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, relational databases (Oracle preferred), Oracle Data Integrator (or similar ETL tool), Snowflake (or another Cloud database) Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
