A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager in the Americas Remote. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with CX leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance processes Oversee and manage CX tools including CRM, support desk, and data intent tools Support performance and financial metrics, and provide detailed documentation of process changes Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in an Ops role Strong understanding of Planhat, Zendesk, and Salesforce platforms Preferably has work experience with marketing automation software Strong business and analytical skills Results-driven with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable goals
