A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships, drive product adoption and satisfaction Develop security testing programs for customers and identify upsell opportunities Program manage account escalations and conduct Executive Business Reviews Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant experience in SaaS and cybersecurity Experience engaging with C Level Executives and owning customer renewals Ability to collaborate with sales for customer growth, work across time zones, and use Salesforce Capacity to prepare and deliver Executive Business Reviews Drive, adaptability, and eagerness to excel in a fast-paced environment
