A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist Mid Level. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote support for software installations, troubleshooting, and system upgrades Document customer interactions and provide assistance to resolve complex problems Track knowledge articles for ticket resolution and provide IT support to multiple customers simultaneously Required Qualifications: Proficiency in laptop/desktop computers, operating systems, and hardware technologies Experience in remote software and hardware installation and troubleshooting Knowledge of incident management tools like Service Now and eGain Understanding of business operations in a service desk environment Familiarity with IT problem management solutions to reduce issues in a support environment
