Responsibilities: Respond efficiently and accurately to users who reach out for support. Follow up for more information to resolve the users' issue, triaging and escalating when necessary, and explaining possible solutions to ensure our users feel supported and valued. Learn and utilize support tools and software appropriately. Sort through user feedback from multiple channels. Requirements: Experience providing exceptional customer service via email/written channels Strong written communication skills (written fluency in multiple languages is a plus) Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and strong typing skills First-class time management and decision-making skills .
