Full-time, hourly position; includes early morning, evening, and weekend hours $17.50/hr to start; an additional $0.75/hr upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, including all aspects of personal care & safety Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual. High school diploma or GED required Must possess a valid drivers license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria Basic computer skills required This position requires that you attend orientation Monday-Friday during daytime hours, typically 8am-4:30pm, for 3-5 days per week, up to four weeks, before your regular work schedule would take effect. Orientation may also include some evening and weekend hours.
