Position: Hamadeh Educational Services (HES) is currently seeking an Early Childhood Lead Teacher. Working with the Early Childhood Department the lead teacher is responsible for implementing a developmentally appropriate Early Childhood Curriculum in accordence with state licensing and regulations. Academy Mission: The Academies provide an education that will enable the various ethnic traditions, values, and experiences of students to enrich and nurture one another. The Academies shall provide an education of the whole child by integrating the different aspects of children's learning and lives to make them more meaningful. The Academies will prepare its students to be independent lifelong learners and productive working members of a global society through acquired diverse knowledge, experiences and skills. The Academies shall provide an environment that encourages students to become upright responsible decision-makers, reflective of equity, respect and understanding, maximizing each individual's intellectual, physical, psychological and moral self by utilizing a unique safe and orderly environment that is conducive to learning to meet the challenges of this ever-changing world. Responsibilities: Creates and maintains a fun and interactive learning experience for all students Promotes a safe, nurturing environment where students can play, learn, and grow Retains open communication with parents Creates goals for the success of the school, implement and achieve goals as a team Implements appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, and materials Ensures comprehension of learning styles and student needs Uses analytics and data to help drive instruction and promote learning Plans activities and projects that are relevant to the students' needs Performs other duties as may be assigned Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with ZA Endorsement Thorough knowledge of Michigan Core Curriculum is a plus Must have excellent Oral, Written, and Interpersonal Communication Skills Ability to work well in culturally diverse setting Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software Flexible, open-minded, self-driven team member Hamadeh Educational Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
