If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!Job Objective:In collaboration with the Area Integrator and OperationsTeam, the General Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the local swimschool operation to provide world-class customer service, a cutting edge, cleanfacility, and outstanding swim lessons that adhere to the Aqua-Tots standard ofexcellence.Key Responsibilities:· Ensure families feel welcome and notoverwhelmed, understand the process, and reassure that they are making the bestchoice for their child· Build trust and sense of community/family, helpparents understand importance of lessons and the process we use, and connectthem to our belief that swimming creates opportunities.· In partnership with the Assistant Manager and Aquatics Coordinator, createa capable team of Water Safety Instructors (WSI) that embody our core valuesand provide an exceptional experience to students and parents.· Create a capable team of Front Desk/Sales staffthat embody our core values and provide an exceptional experience to studentsand parents.· Collaborate with entire staff team to ensureschool is show ready before, during, and after all operating hours.· Be a good steward of AJT Holdings by ensuringschool is financially healthy and able to allocate resources to serve communityand make a profit.· Have a plan in event of different emergencies,ensure that plans are followed through staff training, and that all emergenciesand incidents are documented appropriately· Collaborate with AJT Pike Administrator tomaintain an efficient & organized point of sale system to allow ease of useby Front Desk Staff & Aquatics Coordinator.· Creating, communicating, and delivering ourproducts & services to customers, partners, and the community.· Partner together to create a capable team of WSIthat embody our core values and provide an exceptional experience to studentsand parents.Preferred Experience:· Leadership & Management· Sales and/or Sales Team Leadership· Hiring and Training of Staff· Customer Service Leadership· CPR certified (we train if needed)Highlights!· Opportunity for growth and advancement withinthe company· Opportunity for travel for personal andprofessional development· Opportunity for bonuses· Opportunity for education and enrichmentreimbursement· Access to leadership, peers, and companyheadquarters for resources and training7Q7PWhen you work at Aqua-Tots, we make a promise, one that with your help we will keep.
