We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fitness and sales to grow within our organization. As a Manager in Training, you will work closely with senior management to learn the ins and outs of our business operations while developing your leadership skills. Responsibilities:• Learn and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and meet revenue targets.• Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio.• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins.• Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing great customer service.• Conduct fitness consultations and assist members in setting and achieving their fitness goals. Qualifications:• Must be fit.• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.• Basic knowledge of exercise principles and fitness industry trends.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 DOE About Company: Burn It Build It Fitness is not your typical training studio.
