Job Responsibilities: Manage 20 to 50 team members per shift Help make our guests feel welcome Ensure all departments have adequate staffing along with the assistance they need Oversee all departments during shift (outside team, arcade team, cashier team, serving team, kitchen team) Control labor costs for each department during that shift Keep a clean, well-maintained, and happy environment for our guests Minimum Job Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays.
