A local family-owned company is looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our energetic and productive team! The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and will assist in overseeing multiple daily operations at our office in a professional and ethical manner. This position requires someone who has strong computer skills, is able to take initiative, and is well-organized and detail-oriented. Prior experience in property management is required. We offer a competitive salary and administrative and team support. Responsibilities:• Assist in lease renewals• Assist in the move out transition• Assist with maintenance requests• Assist with rent collections• Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and procedures• Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department Qualifications:• Proficiency with Propertyware software for property management tasks is a bonus• Two years previous experience in property management or real estate administration required• Knowledge of legal aspects related to property management• Ability to negotiate contracts effectively• Good problem-solving skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to be a team player• Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently is a big plus Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly About Company: RiverTown Realty is owned and operated by locals who know the Memphis real estate and rental markets very well.
