Starting Salary: Min: $5,315 - Mid: $7,235 per month Job Description: Directly supervises skilled and unskilled employees in the performance of fleet maintenance activities. Ensures subordinate productivity and compliance with VIA policies, procedures, and standards. Manages a varying workload and resource availability to meet rigid service quotas and objectives in a high intensity environment. Works continuously to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet maintenance programs. Develops knowledge and skills of subordinate employees. Oversees shift safety and environmental programs. Education and Experience: High School or equivalent, plus additional related training equal to 2 years of college and at least 5 years' experience in a fleet/equipment maintenance operation or an equivalent combination. Must have at least three (3) ASE certifications that directly relate to VIA equipment or must obtain within 6 months of being in the position.At VIA, our people are our most important asset.
