Build a network to maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates in advance of need. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates. Update applicant tracker in real time. Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions. Report suggestions for candidate recruiting. Working understanding of the screening process/cross train in unassigned areas. Become an expert user of recruiting platforms. Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, inside sales or customer service. 4 year college degree is preferred.
