The attorney will be responsible for highly customized drafting of foundational estate planning documents, advising clients on the design and structure of revocable living trusts, conducting research on estate planning and tax issues, and evaluating and updating template documents and procedures. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of estate and gift tax are essential. An LLM or strong background in tax law is preferred.
