Out of state applicants will not be considered unless willing to relocate. Job Description: We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator to join our team in River Falls, WI. This position will work closely with the Project Management team to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Assist the Project Management team with various aspects of project management. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.. Participate in team meetings and provide status updates to customers on project progress. Order and review finish samples. Project Liaison: Collaborate with Drafters, Engineers, Fabricators, Project Managers, General Contractors, and Architects to ensure clear and accurate communication of project details. Process material submittals and RFI's Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred. 1 year of experience in commercial construction. Experience in architectural millwork with a strong desire to grow in the industry, preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control.
