Xenith Solutions is seeking a Vulnerability Management Analyst (Web Applications) to join our team in support of a government contract for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Job Description: As a member of the team, you will support the United States Transportation Command in Organizational Change Management. This effort will include informing stakeholders of upcoming change, assisting stakeholder communities with making the transition to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business processes, and reinforcing the change across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) stakeholders during the implementation of this new commercial ERP capability. Responsibilities, but not limited to: The Data Analyst II will play a critical role in conducting data analytics to provide information and insights to stakeholders for decision-making and solution development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing data standards and deploying automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources, transforming it into usable metrics. Collaboration with OCM specialists and stakeholders will be essential to understand stakeholder needs, objectives, and requirements. The Data Analyst II will be responsible for constructing data sets, monitoring data quality, troubleshooting, and resolving database issues to ensure data integrity. Proficiency in scripting and querying tools such as Python, R, or SQL, as well as data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling, will be required to produce reports, data files, and dashboards. Additionally, the Data Analyst II will administer post-implementation surveys, monitor data collection, perform analysis, and measure the results of changes. This role will involve helping to identify and categorize all stakeholders affected by the change and analyzing the impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, culture, and people. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related field. Proven experience implementing data standards and deploying automation tools. Strong understanding of scripting and querying tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders. Experience administering surveys, collecting data, and performing analysis.
