As part of our expansion, we are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Campus Relations and Sourcing Coordinator to join our HR team and support our talent acquisition efforts. Position Summary The Campus Relations and Sourcing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting all campus-related efforts, logistics, and execution, while supporting lead generation activities within the Provider Recruitment department. This hybrid position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building relationships with campus communities and sourcing top talent. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote our organization and opportunities to students and graduates.• Coordinate and execute campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to engage with prospective candidates.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies for campus recruitment initiatives.• Act as a liaison between the organization and campus organizations, student groups, and career services offices to maximize visibility and participation in campus activities.• Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.• Assist in the development of marketing materials and recruitment campaigns tailored to campus audiences.• Track and analyze metrics related to campus recruitment efforts and provide regular reports to leadership.• Support general sourcing activities for Provider Recruitment as needed, including candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.• Travel as needed• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.• 3 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent sourcing, or related roles.• Strong understanding of campus recruiting best practices, trends, and strategies.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar tools.• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding targets.
