Uncle Ike's is looking for two (2) Hosts to join our squad at the Central District Job Type: Part-time Salary: $18.69 - $21.00 per hour Expected schedules: Tues/Wed evenings & Friday-Sunday mornings Location: Central District Uncle Ike's Pot Shop Known for setting the highest standards in cannabis and having the widest menu of recreational cannabis anywhere across Seattle WA and surrounding areas, Ike's offers the lowest prices on trusted quality products. We do this by cultivating the following guiding principles which are at the core of all we do: Exceptional customer service for every guest Positive employee environment with opportunity to grow Giving back to surrounding communities Operating business with honesty and integrity Essential Functions Ensure all individuals who enter the store are at least 21 years of age (or older), as per LCB regulations. Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide information regarding sales and promotions as requested. Analyze customer requirements and assist customers to appropriate lines to ensure a timely flow of traffic in and out of the store as directed by the Sales Floor Manager. Maintain neat and clean work area at all times, as well as performing floor housekeeping duties as directed by Store Floor Manager. Adhere to all control procedures and security policies as directed by the Head of Security and the Store Floor Manager. Collaborate with customers to deescalate any complaints or noncompliance while maintaining an optimal level of customer service. Evaluate, escalate and report complex issues as directed by the Head of Security and the Store Floor Manager, ensure a safe working area for all colleagues and customers Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned by the Sales Floor Manager.
