F1 arcade is a diverse operation and appeals to a wide range of audiences including adult social groups, corporate events, families, and everything in between Our first US location is now open in the vibrant Boston Seaport District with 25 additional sites opening in the United States over the next 5 years. Position Overview: As a Barback at F1 Arcade, you will play an important role in ensuring the success of our operation by contributing to the service of our bar. You will be responsible for supporting the bartending team by assisting with the workflow of drink preparation, including guest service elements, and keeping the bar stocked and organized. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail with the ability to stay organized throughout service. Specific Job Responsibilities: Work closely with bartenders to ensure drink service is efficient and prompt. Maintain inventory levels by restocking bar supplies throughout the shift. Keep bar areas clean, organized, and presentable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and adherence to sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with all other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Uphold the F1 Arcade brand image by delivering exceptional guest service. Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably within a high-volume environment. Excellent multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding organizational standards in beverage area. Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a strong team player. Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to pass all issued training testing throughout employment with a 90% or higher. Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time. Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary. Authorized to legally work in the US.
