As our Business Development Manager, you'll wield your proposal skills, negotiate with the best of them, and close deals like a seasoned pro. This job is for the professional and seasoned sales expert who is ready to take their career, and earnings, to the next level. Summary The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities. This role involves qualifying potential customers, developing proposals, and closing deals. The BDM collaborates with marketing and product development teams to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential customers Explore new product and service opportunities Develop and present compelling proposals Close deals effectively Collaborate with marketing and sales departments Stay informed about industry trends Implement innovative business development strategies Adhere to the business management system (BMS) Metrics Meeting forecasted revenue Work Environment Primarily remote work with occasional dynamic office collaboration at various locations Physical Demands Varied routine: emails, calls, and occasional travel to manufacturing sites Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field 5+ years of business development experience Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Independent and team-oriented work style Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Competitive salary (based on success) $70,000 Base plus commission. OTE $120,000 at goal.
