Individuals who have a growthmindset, develop rapport easily with others and are empathetic and active listeners willbe most successful in this role.The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about theway the University changes lives and share that impact with funders, alumni, and others.The Vice President will have the ability to move individuals and organizations throughan investment pipeline with an understanding that while funding is the primaryinvestment, cultivating other resources is valuable. A background in businessdevelopment in higher education or other industries is required for this role.
