As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for our guests. If you have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment- Create and maintain a comprehensive drink menu that caters to a diverse range of tastes and preferences- Train and supervise bar staff on proper drink preparation techniques, customer service standards, and safety protocols- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and guidelines- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage offerings for special events or catering services- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as neededRequirements:- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting- Strong knowledge of POS systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredWe offer competitive compensation based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
