Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive construction experience within the commercial market. The Project Manager will oversee management of all phases of projects (estimating, bidding, cost tracking to closeout) from cradle to grave. This individual must possess excellent leadership and communication skills and also one that is willing to mentor and educate Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.Client DetailsThis Twin-Cities based construction company is a leading General Contractor. If you are interested in managing exciting commercial construction projects and the opportunity for promotion within a Top Firm, please apply today!Description Provide leadership and direction on commercial construction projects Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning Implement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly Reports Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submittal Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resourcesProfile 10+ years of construction experience Strong background in Commercial Construction Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to work in a fast paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team The desire to grow their career professionally Strong track record with client relationshipsJob Offer ase salary of $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience 401k plan with company contributions Profit Sharing Performance based Bonus potential Fast Tracked career progression Truck Allowance Gas Card Competitive Family Health Insurance Plans Short term/Long term disability Referral BonusMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
