Your willingness to reside on-site at the rental building located in East Vancouver reflects your commitment to ensuring the well-being and security of residents. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests. Proactively address tenant issues with professionalism and sensitivity, utilizing effective communication and conflict resolution skills to foster positive relationships and tenant satisfaction. Lease Management: Assist the team in handling all aspects of leasing, including showing homes, conducting tenant screening, and preparing lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in process for new residents. Rent Collection: Assist rent collection procedures and communicate effectively with tenants in collaboration with office team to ensure timely and consistent rent payments. Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to uphold the cleanliness and functionality of common areas. Prepare vacant suites by coordinating needed repairs, cleaning, or painting.
