HVAC Service Lead Are you an experienced HVAC technician who enjoys working independently and providing quality service? As a Service Lead, you will have the opportunity to work in an ever-changing field by servicing HVAC environments. Skills Servicing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, including but not limited to furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioning systems Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Installation, replacement, or repair of fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, valves, controls, gaskets, and other equipment as necessary Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Ability to Identify maintenance risks on equipment Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems Responding to service calls and perform repairs as needed Maintaining related records concerning time, labor, and materials Maintaining logs of tasks performed and writing reports as required Understanding indoor air quality Possessing / Maintaining a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
