Sunflower Development Center is seeking a part-time LMHC Clinical Supervisor to join our team remotely. Sunflower Development Center provides naturalistic ABA, Speech and Counseling services to children and their families. This position is only for those licensed as LMHC/ Licensed Mental Health Counselor. LMHC must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts. This is a remote position. In this role, the LMHC will be providing remote supervision to those collecting Post-Master’s Degree Experience. Specific Duties will include: - Providing supervision and support to post-master's clinicians - Providing up to 130 hours of supervision as needed - Reviewing treatment plans - Ensuring clinical quality - Opportunity to take on clients virtually if interested Required Skills: Master’s level degree in in Counseling Psychology, or a Master’s of Education degree with a concentration in one of the areas of Counseling such as: Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Having experience or understanding of under served populations, a plus. LMHC license REQUIRED Access to reliable internet connection for remote work Job Type: Part-time Fee for Service Compensation: Competitive Pay starting at $45.00 per hour or more depending on experience.
