(4.8/5) Haven is currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to make a difference in our community. Job Summary: Haven’s core focus is to improve the quality of life of our patients, clients and employees. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and implement all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Haven Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package including: Competitive compensation Robust benefits package 401k with generous company match Company cell phone or stipend Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Works with digital contractors to coordinate Haven social media and other advertising campaigns for both Haven service lines and recruiting needs. Monitor, identify and develop strategies to effectively compete in the marketplace and enhance social media engagement. Create content (including managing art and copyright materials) to communicate the unique aspects of Haven. Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet goals. Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign's performance and visibility. Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability. Analyze key metrics to paint a clear picture of website traffic and needs. Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising Proven success in creation and maintenance of website (website development) and social media campaigns. Ability to analyze the effectiveness of contractors and take action when necessary.
