Our long-standing Property Management Company is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team at the corporate office near Dodger's Stadium in Los Angeles. Essential Duties: Process payments for property's invoices Maintain all accounts receivable including making daily bank deposits, posting deposits in the system, and perform bank reconciliation. Review and determine the appropriate general ledger account coding. Records checking for past payments Review the move-in and move-out packages for completeness and accuracy. Verify vendor prices to ensure they are as per agreements. Maintain accurate rent roll for all properties. Process Petty Cash Voucher reimbursement. Research and resolve past due balances. Weekly check runs. Assist in Month-End Close. Perform other projects as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma is required Some background accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus Basic knowledge/experience on using Excel, Word, and Outlook Previous Excellent organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking skills Authorized to work in the United States w/out sponsorship Pass background investigation, employment reference check, and drug test. This is an office position, not a remote or hybrid. Compensation, Benefits, Schedule Full Time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm $18- $22 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision Paid National Holidays Powered by JazzHR
